The Injectiweld W30000 has interchangeable tips and an automatic feed system for plastic welding rod. The Injectiweld W30000’s lightweight and portability features enable a person to effectively use the welder with one hand.
It uses radiant heat to thermally bond most types of plastics without the use of hot air or gas. The welding rod is automatically drawn and fed into the machine by a set of rod driver wheels. It is then cut into small plastic granules, packed into the barrel, and melted to desired temperature.
